Online Entries
Set up Stripe, publish the entry page, and manage paid registrations from the dashboard.
Before you begin: Online Entries & Payments is a paid add-on (£10/month) available on any plan. Add it from your billing settings before following these steps.
1. Connect Stripe
Open the payments settings for your club and start the Stripe payment setup — this is the one-time process that connects your club's bank account so riders can pay online. Wait until the account shows as ready to accept payments before moving on.
2. Configure entry settings for the event
From the event settings, choose how to price entries — either a flat fee per rider or a different fee for each class. Add a deadline if you want entries to close automatically at a set time.
3. Enable and share the public entry page
Turn on online entries, copy the public event link, and share it wherever riders already look for club information.
4. Review registrations
Use the event entries page to track who has registered, check their details, and compare the registration list with your rider setup.
5. Why entries might show as unavailable
If the public page says entries are unavailable, check three things: Stripe payment setup is complete, online entries are enabled for this event, and the entry deadline has not already passed.
6. Handle refunds in Stripe
Refunds are managed from your Stripe dashboard directly, because payments go into your club's connected bank account rather than through Trials Scorecard.
