Common questions about our pricing and plans
Do I need an internet connection on event day?
No. Observers can score fully offline. Once a device is back online, scores sync and the leaderboard updates automatically. This is perfect for rural locations with poor signal.
Can we run a full event during the trial?
Yes. The trial gives you full access to your chosen plan, so you can create clubs, run events, score sections, and publish results before you subscribe.
What do online entries require?
Online Entries & Payments is a £10/month add-on available on any plan. Once added to your subscription, connect Stripe and enable entry settings for your event. Riders only see a live entry flow once payments are connected and the event's entry settings are enabled.
Do you support invoicing?
We can arrange invoices for annual plans or clubs who prefer bank transfer. Contact us and we'll help set up the payment method that works best for your club.
Can we upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change plans at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For annual plans or multi-club packages, we can also arrange bank transfer or invoice payments.
