Getting Started

Everything you need to go from sign-up to a usable club dashboard and your first live event.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to the homepage and click Start free trial.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Verify your email address if prompted, then continue into the app.

Tip: 14-day free trial with full access to your chosen plan. No credit card required to start.

2. Create your club

After sign-up, create your club and add the details that matter most for your event workflow. The onboarding steps help you finish setup, but they do not block you from getting your first event live.

  1. Add your club name and core details.
  2. Review the suggested setup steps for events and admin tools.
  3. Continue into the dashboard as soon as you are ready to create an event.

3. Learn the dashboard layout

The dashboard is organised around your club, events, series, members, settings, and help. The built-in help route gives current users page-specific guidance without sending them back to generic marketing content.

4. Create your first event

  1. Open your club dashboard and click Create Event.
  2. Add the event basics such as name, date, and venue.
  3. Save the event and move straight into riders, observers, entries, and results.
